Announcements:

New Corner Perpetuation Record Download Map

For the convenience of engineers and surveyors working in Teton County, we have added a new map application for viewing and downloading corner perpetuation records. It is located in the Interactive Map Gallery, above (it's on the second page of maps). There is also a link to the map under Additional Information on the left side of this web page. Simply zoom to the location of interest on the map and click on the point. In the resulting pop-up is a hyperlink to a downloadable recorded document.

Ongoing GIS Connectivity Issue
Using Silverstar Communications Internet Service

Some Silverstar customers have recently been experiencing intermittent problems accessing Teton County GIS data. If our interactive maps are not loading properly while using Silverstar internet service, please contact their technical support team (208-354-3300) and ask them to troubleshoot the issue for you. Unfortunately, there is little we at Teton County can do to address the issue, other than to refer you to Silverstar. As a work-around, you can access our maps via cellular service (not WiFi) on a mobile device. We apologize for any inconvenience.

FEMA Floodplain Map Adoption Update

In an effort to improve the accuracy of Teton County's floodplain map, the County has requested that FEMA delay the map revision process until additional critical data can be collected and integrated into local floodplain modeling. Until data collection, analysis and public review is completed, Teton County will continue to use the currently adopted floodplain map to make regulatory decisions.

The GIS Department ensures up-to-date geographic data is available to the public and other County departments. Our interactive, searchable map services reflect the most current local data. To download surveys and subdivision plats, printable PDF maps, GIS data (including current Google Earth parcels) and other associated information, see the Additional Information links located on the left side of this page.

Explorer for ArcGIS app

If you use our interactive Address and Parcel map in the field on a frequent basis, you may prefer to view it in ESRI's Explorer for ArcGIS mobile app, available in iOS and Android versions. In particular, we find the GPS locator function is more accurate and responsive in this app than in our Interactive Map Gallery maps, (which are viewed through a web browser). Click on the link above, then choose which version you want to download.

After downloading and opening the app on your device, choose "Continue without signing in" at the bottom of the screen, then do a map search for "Teton County Idaho Parcels". You'll find the same address and parcel data used in our Gallery maps. You can also search for and explore a wide variety of other geographic data published to the Web.
