Primary Election May 21, 2024

The candidate filing period begins March 4 and ends at March 15 at 5 pm.

 

The following Teton County offices will be on the May 21 Primary ballot:

Commissioner District 1, 2-year term ($40,644 salary + benefits)

Commissioner District 3, 4-year term ($40,644 salary + benefits)

Sheriff, 4-year term ($82,388 salary + benefits)

Prosecuting Attorney, 4-year term ($105,996 salary + benefits)

 

All county candidates must be U.S. Citizens, at least 21 years of age, and must have resided in Teton County for at least 1 year preceding the election. Commissioner candidates must have resided within their district for 90 days preceding the election.

March 15, 2024 is the last day for a currently registered elector to change party affiliation or become un-affiliated prior to the Primary Election. Un-affiliated voters may declare their party affiliation before receiving their Primary Election ballot on Election Day.  Click HERE for more party affiliation information.
