NOTICE
Teton County has adopted the 2018 I-Codes.
The new codes are effective on April 2, 2021 and the updated version of Title 6 can be found on the Codes page of this website.
Application forms have been updated and are available on the Forms page of this website and to the left under Department Information. Please be sure you are using the most current version of the forms dated 3/29/2021.

The Building Department is open to the public as follows:
Monday - Thursday 9am - 3pm
Friday 9am - noon
The Building Department ensures that construction projects conform to the requirements and safety standards of the currently adopted building codes and Flood Control Ordinance. The 2018 I-Codes are used for determining and enforcing the requirements of construction projects in Teton County. Complete codes are available in the building department.
