Appeal Property Value
The DEADLINE to appeal 2022 property values, is Monday, June 27, 2022@ 5:00pm Mountain Time. Board of Equalization Hearings will be completed no later than July 11, 2022.
STEP 1 - Visit with the County Assessor to learn why your property is valued the way it is. Most discrepencies are resolved outside of and prior to the appeal process.
STEP 2 - If you still wish to appeal your property value, complete the form listed below and submit it to the County Commissioners' office on or before June 27, 2022.
