As Chief Criminal Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, Mr. Friess is the longest-serving attorney in the Teton County Office of the Prosecuting Attorney and handles misdemeanor and juvenile criminal matters. In addition to his work for Teton County, Mr. Friess is a partner at the law firm of Thomsen, Holman & Wheiler PLLC. Mr. Friess earned his J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Utah.
As Chief Civil Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, Mr. Blocksom handles civil advisory matters for Teton County and helps Ms. Smith oversee the work of outside civil litigation counsel. Prior to working as Chief Civil Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, Mr. Blocksom served as the appointed Prosecuting Attorney in Boise County and worked as a civil deputy prosecutor in Canyon County. Mr. Blocksom earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School and a B.A. in economics from Stanford University.
